Had a thread about redeeming iTunes DC's. Does anyone know what happened to it? Can a mod get in touch with me please.

Was it the tread about using the iTunes files instead of the disc? If so, I'm pretty sure they deleted it. Or moved out somewhere hidden.

I believe they deleted it because it wasn't exactly legal.

It is widely believed this forum exists as some sort of promotional vehicle for the Blu-ray consortium and possibly funded by it. Content owners in Hollywood do not want people redeeming iTunes copies without the disc. You will probably find better luck posting that information on other Blu-ray forums that aren't so closely tied to the BDA.

Whilst I totally understand that, why are we allowed to trade/sell the digital codes to our movies and offer to enter them in to people's iTunes accounts for them? I wouldn't have thought that was any more legal.
