Yes, these are all the same.
If a catalogue title is released by the same studio across two different countries then you're almost definitely going to get the same disc, especially if its Warner Brothers or Universal. I know there have been a few exceptions with Disney and Paramount, but generally speaking it's common sense for the studio - Why spend the extra money on different disc masters? What's in the UK Steelbook will also be what's in the standard UK release...
