After I saw the link on their site, I did email FOX. 2 days later, they answered asking for my address. After sending that in, I have heard nothing. Not sure if they will just mail it to me, or I need to mail in the disc first. Waiting on an answer to the next step.

I am pissed. I sent them an email to inquire about the exchange program and this is all I got in my email:

As per your instructions on your website regarding Die Hard 2(http://www.foxbd.com/choose/new/) i'm sending you an email because I have the problem of there being no sound when using DTS MA. I first became aware of this problem from my reading on the blu ray forum (https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread...ighlight=hard). I put the disc in to check it out and sure enough I get no sound. I have the Panasonic DMP-BD30 and and Onkyo Pro PR-SC885P connected via HDMI. Thank you, xxxxxxx That's all I got as well! They don't even have any of my info other than my whole name and my email address. I think that they've just become aware of it and are trying to figure out what to do. By the way, that was my second email. My first didn't even get replied to. |

I got the same e-mail. "We'll add you to the list."
From the looks of the reply e-mail, this is a 3rd party company handling this. Not Fox direct. Just relax, people... the replacement disc isn't even available yet. They're just taking down names for when it's ready. |

So after sending a second email, asking them what to do next, I got this response today:
No there is no need for you to return the disc. We will send out the replacement disc when available. Thank you Fox Consumer So, I guess once you get on the list, you will be set. |
