But are they good? Very rarely have I actually enjoyed a film's deleted scenes or felt they should be put back in the movie. There does tend to be a reason they are "deleted" scenes. I think The Fugitive is pretty perfect as is.. Can't see much that was missing in the story, or any plot holes that could be better explained.

I understand that. But, as has been documented, this script changed on a daily basis. There were tons of scenes trimmed or completely deleted.

I've been holding off for quite some time on buying this. Had the old release in my hands several times during BB U&S but resisted. Hopefully my patience has paid off and this release is Blu-worthy. Picking it up one way or another as it's been out of collection for way to long and it's unlikely we'l get another anytime soon. I ain't get any younger ......

I'd definitely be curious to see them.. but at this point, I just want this movie to look and sound the way it deserves. We'll be lucky if we even get that from Warner. Let alone deleted scenes that weren't on the previous release :/

I've held off for years hoping for a remaster. It would be outrageous if this isn't. Hopefully the posts claiming it is are true. I just think it's bizarre that there's no mention of it in the press release.

bought this for 7.99 like a year ago, shame but I wouldn't have spent $20 on it anyways. special features are usually a one time watch for me, plus it looks as if its the same transfer. so...

The Blu-ray out now has been silently repressed with a new VC-1 encode.

I wish it had the other trailer on it as well. I really loved that one.

Not that it matters much when the master itself is defective.

Here's hoping that both this and Enter the Dragon are remasters.

I hope it's true. I've been tempted to give in and buy the current release at BB a few times, but never did.
