Excellent! I've been waiting for this one to come out. I was surprised that they didn't release this to coincide with the theatrical release of Premium Rush due to it's similar theme. No matter....good it's coming out now.

For anyone interested BB has dropped this in the $7.99 bin (lowest to date has been $12.58 on Amazon).
Picked one up and there were a few more copies in there. I'm in Miami FL btw. *Sorry for the crappy pic, my friend sent me that pic to let me know they had it. ![]() After watching this generally unknown 80's film on crappy DVD for years, it was very refreshing to watch this on Blu. The movie has gotten a surprisingly good transfer for such a relatively unknown movie that bombed and even K Bacon himself has denounced as the worst film of his career. ![]() Still, I find something about it that I like and don't feel it is as bad as people say. |

Saw this in the BB $7.99 bin in Michigan yesterday as well. If one BB has it, odds are all do as their selections are now the same. I was horrified to see the huge BB in Atlanta have the exact same selection as my crappy store in Ann Arbor over X-Mas time. Atl used to have 4-5X the selection of A2, now it's identical down to the $7.99 bin.

Unfortunately I think it is the same for all BB's across the US. It seems that whatever form of media that is no longer of "high importance" to BB gets slowly pushed towards the rear left of the store (where CD's currently are).
My local BB's still have quite a few aisles of Blu's (and DVD's ![]() |
