I just finished watching the season 10 finale for NCIS and I have to say that I'm starting to hate CBS for this crap. First, they killed off Kate, in the season 2 finale. Then, they killed off Jenny Shepard, I could live with that. But then, they opted to kill off Mike Franks (again, a horrible decision).

In the seasons to follow, we also saw the death of Ziva's father, Eli David and now, with the season 10 finale, (spoilers follow, reveal at your own peril):

Oh, please tell me that CBS isn't killing off this character and that they're using Gibbs as the instrument of his death.

Nice tribute to David McCallum last night. My eyes were pretty wet throughout the episode.

Yep, you knew they had to do it at some point, but those opening couple of minutes were heartbreaking.

The rest of the episode was really well done too. I definitely got something in my eye a number of times throughout. Loved the cameo. It's a pity they couldn't get a few more of them to turn up.
