This still hasn't opened near me, though it looks like we could be getting it this weekend. The middling reviews really killed a lot of my anticipation, but it still looks like a fantastic turn from Michael Shannon at the very least.

Great movie. The best I saw at the Venice Film Festival last year. Michael Shannon is tremendous. Definite pre-order!

Saw this over the weekend and thought it was very good! Shannon and Liotta gave two great performances whom both deserve some oscar recognition next year. Anyone curious about seeing this film should definitely seek out The Iceman Interviews as well.

Luckily I caught it (and was a big fan of it). Not so lucky with Trance and To The Wonder where the same thing happened. Don't get me started on film distribution as it stands right now.

Caught that years ago and it's still the most chilling of any show that has real serial killers interviewed I've ever seen, and I'm an ID channel junkie! That interview had me nervous to go to the bar for a while, until I realized no one really wanted me dead.
