ShortsHD Presents: The Oscar Winning Short Films Collection Blu-ray Review

Anyone have any insight about this title? Looks interesting but the only reviews there are (Amazon) keep referring to "warner brothers woek". So yeah. Can be had for about $15 shipped. The one common thing I keep seeing over and over is excellent A/V quality, so I might just blind buy based on that alone, but if anyone has any info or opinions please share

Anyone can check if this is region A locked?
I know it is written region A in the back cover but some times it can be also played on region B countries
