Twin Peaks coming to Blu? - Blu-ray Forum

I stumbled on this on the amazon website:

Anyone know if this is in the making? or any other David Lynch movies?
I sure hope if they put TP out on blu-ray that they will put out the entire series as a single box set.

They just did a re-release of the series, finally including the international pilot, in late 2007. David Lynch is feast or famine for companies. I doubt it's coming to Blu.

In an interview after the last DVD release it was mentioned that a hidef version was discussed and to be released at a future date. No specifics though.

i hope it includes all of the missing extras from the original DVD releases, that were left off the last release...

oh and to answer your second question, Dune (1984) is coming out on Blu-ray next week in France.

sadly for lynch fans a few of his titles have come out in high def but they were all HD DVD releases.

Elphant man and Mullhoand (spelling) drive are out in europe on hd dvd .

Oh this would be so awesome. I've been holding out on buying the DVD set that just came out. I still own all Twin Peaks on the VHS box set.

No news about the series, but the prequel movie "Twin Peaks - Fire Walk With Me" is due blu-ray on Sept 15 in the UK.
