How and when are you watching E3 this year? - Blu-ray Forum

I don't know if it's sad or not but i will call in sick on Monday so i can stay home and watch the press conferences :P

Every year i'm always at work and im always half in half out with both work and the E3 coverage and i figured since this is a very special E3 where new gen is shown i should give it all my attention!

So yeah, topic question, where and how are you watching it? if watching it at all?

I'll be watching the Microsoft press conference on Spike HD on my 55 inch tv! I've never seen E3 in HD! Even back when G4 was doing it, here in Montreal the G4 channel didn't have it's HD counterpart. So i'm pretty happy about that. To be able to watch it on my couch!

But what irks me is that everything after 5pm is not shown on TV! I'll have to get up and watch the rest on my computer, which is fine and all but i would of liked if Spike could of done the entire day!

Edit : wahhh i meant How and WHERE in the topic! oh well :P

Usually I watched the E3 coverage on G4 every year but they no longer exist. However, this year I'll be moving all day so I won't be able to see any live coverage anyways.

So, I'll just catch it on the interwebs this time.

Has anyone really gotten in trouble for watching shows like this at work? Not getting caught in the act, but IT reporting it? Last year I lived walking distance from work, so I took a long lunch break to watch. This year ill be in the office, and my boss will be on vacation. IGN isn't blocked by our office, but still not sure if I wanna risk it.

Sure miss my X-Play, watched it everyday, great for the big gaming events. I don't know where I can find coverage now, except on the ps3.

As I'm in the UK the SONY conference is on at 2am I think so I don't think I'll be able to stay up for that, tempting but I have work the next day!

Unless they're super old, your IT department will probably be watching it on their systems too.

If it's slow at work I'll be watching it. We have pretty weak internet though. Hopefully will stream okay.
