Anyone buying There Will Be Blood DVD next week? - Blu-ray Forum

I didnt see it, so im going to wait for it to come to BD, but I know alot of huge fans, that just dont care and want to see it so will pick it up on DVD now, and BD later.

NOT buying any DVDs, no matter what. I have the Blockbuster monthly pass, and I will pick it up for a view.

don't worry about it, i didn't actually have a pole just asked if people would
by the dvd or wait for the blu ray....Since I'm pretty sure 99.9999 of the people who saw this movie want it on blu...

Movie of the year last year...

Yeah, im sure almost everyone on this site will buy it when it comes to blu, but I thought some people would buy it on both

I would rather just rent it in HD, then buy the blu when it comes out...

If they we're smart though they'd put a $10.00 off blu ray coupon for whenever it comes out in there, then i'd buy it for sure, even though it is a
pitiful dvd..

It was cancelled for HD DVD. And if it were a Buena Vista title, it would have the $10 coupon

I haven't bought a Paramount dvd since their Blu-ray betrayal. The studios only listen to money and refusing to buy their dvds is the only option I have as a consumer.

Why do people refuse to buy Paramount? They are getting more money, if it was the same to stay with blu they would have. But Paramount is a business, and business' are always looking to get more money

I actually ment rent it in HD from Directv HD.....or even if the 360 gets
the download...

Oh ok, I thought you meant HD DVD. Unfortunetly I dont have HD movies on my Time Warner Cable box. Even though its an HD DVR box. And does it look HD even without an HDMI cable on 360?
