Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has announced that they will bring the Michael Myers comedy 'So I Married an Axe Murderer' to Blu-ray on June 17th. Video will be presented as 1.85:1 1080p AVC accompanied by a 5.1 Dolby TrueHD soundtrack. No extras have been announced at this time.

When it comes to love, Charlie Mackenzie (Myers) has had his share of bad luck: Sherrie was a klepto-Charlie still can't find his cat. Jill was unemployed-but Charlie knew she really worked for the Mafia. Pam smelled like soup-beef vegetable soup. Good thing for Charlie these shortcomings became apparent, if only to him. Good thingfor Charlie he discovered the truth before things went too far-before he stumbled into MARRIAGE! I also enjoy the movie because it is Mike Myers before he got caught up in the Austin Powers and Shrek franchises. Ugh. Almost as bad the direction Eddie Murphy's movie career took.

Yeah, except those Myers films you mentioned were mega hits. None of those compare to Pluto Nash and some of the other crap Murphy has chosen in the last 5-10 years.

Ugh! Shrek and Austin Powers are eons better than the "Doctor Doolittle" nose dive that Eddie Murphy embarked on.
