Is the release being advertised heavily in anybody else's town? I think Fox might be disappointed with it's performance (although it looks like it broke even for them)...

Both releases have a slipcover.

A Good Day to Die Hard style slipcover on the 2D one.

So we get both 3D and 2D and all extras on just 1 disc, where the usa set gets 1 disc just for 3D and 1 disc for 2D and extras, we in the UK always get a raw deal.

Amazon are always getting it wrong in their listings, check the artwork. The 3d set includes the 3d disc,2d disc (probably with the extras) and digital copy

3D version is £19.99 in HMV. I didn't buy it though, will wait for a price drop or to pick it up pre-owned in CEX.

Epic 2D - Matte with glossy title and characters.

Epic 3D - Same effect as Cloud Atlas and BTTF.
