Another exiting box office weekend is coming up . I will admit that the nerd in me is hyped about Pacific Rim, but it will be an underdog vs the Minions. Sony, after, two monumental flops, tries to get things going in the right direction with Grown Ups 2. Which movie will win the 6/12-6/34 box office weekend? Will Man of steel reach $300 million domestic

The trailers don't do it justice. The same for the 1st movie. Some good laughs to be had in the film itself that you wouldn't get from the trailers. Trailers=cheesy scenes. A masterpiece, Grown Ups 2 will not be, but it doesn't mean it'll be an utter train wreck (see: Smurfs 2).

The hardest picks for me is Pacific Rim (I'm unsure what the hype level is around this) and Lone Ranger. I know last week, a lot of people predicted that Pacific Rim was going to chomp away at Man of Steel's audience just like DM2 did to MU, but honestly, I think Lone Ranger and WHD will get hit the hardest.
