Any news on a release of this movie? There are only bad dvd's of this movie.

The dvd is only full frame with a mono soundtrack. Hopefully Shout will release this on blu.

Well, there was a official DVD release in March ("Titan Find") by Bill Malone presenting the movie in its correct 16x9 aspect ratio. The movie had new scenes inserted back in but was also missing a scene/dialogue.

A quote from Malone's (FB) page in March:

"My dear friends... Its with great regret that I have to cancel my signing at Dark Delicacies on Saturday. Some of our attendees have had a sudden change in schedules... and a opportunity for a much larger release of the film has popped up. Please accept my apologies and my sincere thanks to all my supporters. I will update you shortly on what's going on. My apologies to Del and Sue at Dark Delicacies. They have done a great job."

Rumor has it that Synapse will do a Blu-ray in 2014.

I'd love to see Arrow take a crack at this one.

I can see them including both Malone's restored "Titan Find" cut and a new restoration of the Creature cut in its original aspect ratio for the first time.
