Not a peep, as far as I know. I also have been waiting on this one. Every time I make a blu-ray "wish list" it is near the top.

I have not heard anything yet either

There is a hi-def version out there, I downloaded it from i-Tunes but I'd much rather have it in disc form. The only DVD is very old and non anamorphic. I tried watching it on my HD TV and it looked HORRIBLE!

If I were to speculate, I could see this being released by Universal in one of the European markets long before it ever reaches North American shores. If Universal does it themselves, it would be region free. If they gave it to Masters of Cinema it would be Region B locked (like Touch of Evil and Silent Running).

Easily on my top ten list of movies yet to be released on Blu Ray. Fantastic action/thriller!

Uni, Criterion, Shout or maybe even Twilight (if they struck a deal with Universal) are all a possibility for this baby. Maybe Eureka or Second Sight in region B. I don't care as long as PQ is sufficient

It is a great film. I was able to get hold of an Anamorphic edition from England, which is a major improvement from the previous region-1 release.
