Warhawk rank advance help

I need a ribbon to advance (Warhawk Recruit) and it has a list of things to get it. Do I have to do all the things in one life?

4 min in Warhawk
1 troop kill
1 ground vehicle kill
3 bonus points

Also, what are bonus points exactly?
(I know, I sound like a newbie)

If the requirement says IAR, it means you must do the item(s) in one game.

If not, it's an accumulation requirement, like 500 kills.

You get bonus points for doing certain things. Don't worry about it, because you'll end up getting a few bonus points for doing practically nothing. Join a game of Capture the Flag and play a little.

Make sure you are in a ranked room (Blue) - there should not be a red X on the side (those are "unranked" and any points or ribbons earned will not count).

Yeah, just playing captuer the flag and staying by your flag you can get points for defending it.
