Default Best moments in film of 2013

I thought of this in the Unpopular Opinions thread and I would like to know what everyone's favorite moments/scenes of 2013 are. Please use spoilers!

For me it's the
[Show spoiler]chase scene in Act 1
of Place Beyond The Pines

Shortly followed by the
[Show spoiler]neon gunfight
in Spring Breakers

For me the top moments are:
•The ending dance production of Frances Ha
•The after-daycare race in Fruitvale Station
•The piano playing scene in Stoker
•The Freezeframe in Pain & Gain where we see what's cooking in The Rock's grill
•The scene where Rosario Dawson presents James McAvoy with his deepest wish in Trance
•The heightened Flashbacks of Rinko Kikuchi's childhood in Pacific Rim
•Vin Diesel's high altitude "save" in Fast 6
•Leo and Carey's first meeting in The Great Gatsby
•The speakerphone scene in The Way Way Back
•"lightbeam rejection" in This is the End

Dude, we haven't even seen most the best films in 2013, I can't really say but here's the best so far:
  1. A Field in England - Whitehead emerges from the tent
  2. The World's End - The argument inside The World's End
  3. Pacific Rim - Tokyo battle
  4. Sightseers - Death of the Daily Mail reader
  5. The Place Beyond the Pines - Gosling's final bank job
  6. This is the End - McBride's entrance
  7. Stoker - Twisted shower scene
  8. I'm So Excited - Stewardess' dance number
  9. Man of Steel - The first 20 minutes
  10. The Hangover Part III - When it ended

1.
[Show spoiler]Hospital Room
- Fruitvale Station (not a spoiler if you know the story). Broke me.
2. Everytime Montage - Spring Breakers
3. Hotel Room - Before Midnight
4. Daycare - Fruitvale Station. Also, broke me.
5. Franco's Monologue - Spring Breakers. Shorts. Every ****in Color.
6. Opening Tracking Shot - The Place Beyond the Pines
7. Paris - Frances Ha
8. Rinko's Flashback - Pacific Rim
9. Porn Magazine Argument - This is the End. Hands down, funniest scene of the year so far IMO.
10. Pipe Drumming - Kings of Summer

HM: Benedick eavesdropping and Benedick trying to impress Beatrice in Much Ado.

Chase Scene in PBTP

The robbery in Spring Breakers, I couldn't put three SB scenes in the top 10.

X is for XXL in The ABCs of Death

Sharknado
- Every moment.

#9. How could I forget? That said, the one I chose was almost as funny.

Re: Hotel Room: I didn't include it because it is pretty long. More like a sequence or its own act.

(Where's Sharknado?)

Yeah, that's true, I'll just cheat.

Also, a special HM to the V/H/S 2 segment Safe Haven. I would easily give it on it's own.

It's been 2013 for 7 months now. There's plenty of films to pick from and I'd like this thread to carry on for the rest of the year.

In starting to doubt your devotion to Sharknado.

Also, I'm writing my 2 Guns review and that has a stunner of a scene too...Paula Patton naked! Too bad it's not playing in XD.

(You need to see Pain & Gain one day)

Can't wait to watch Pain & Gain.

In all honesty, there are about 10 moments in Sharknado that I could post GIFS of, but I'm not spoiling them for you.

Also, be warned, the lighting in Sharknado is the worst thing ever.

Totally agree with you there, great segment. Perfect use of the horror anthology concept.
