Casino Royale had a Blu-ray recording system in one of the security rooms. I don't remember if it was the casino or the embassy off the top of my head.

I want to say that it was the country club security room in the Bahamas, when James Bond went into the room after security was alerted by the car alarm outside and found the Aston Martin on the video.

Another TV show reference: on Eastbound & Down Kenny Powers suggests that a grieving family watch some "high definition Blu-rays" on his recently-deceased friend's television. His Russian nemesis also throws a party as DJ Blu-ray.
