im enquiring about a receiver on ebay and the seller said "i offer squaretrade warranties for purchase and can get details following purchase plus 10% off with coupon"

-what is a squaretrade warranty?
-are they good?
- are they expensive? around how much would it be?

Uh i dunno, i got asked to buy one when i bought a dual shock controller for ps3 a few months ago.

I declined, sony can fix it.

They are just like the CC performance guarantee warranties. They are very cheap. Squaretrade is an ebay company.

I purchased one for my big screen and if you enter the code above you save 30% til the 17th after that its 20%
