Default Plasma vs Projector

Which one produces the overall better picture? Explain the answer.

It depends on the plasma and the projector, doesn't it?

The two are quite different. A TV set gets used differently than a projector does. I have both, and when I want to just watch TV, I watch the TV. When I want to sit down and watch a movie with no distractions or interruptions, I project. It depends on your lifestyle and how and what you watch.

How about a Panavision TC-P60ZT60 vs a Sony 4K projector with a Stewart Cinecurve screen?

I'm running an Electrohome CRT projector with an HDMI card, and it produces a better picture than any plasma I've ever seen. Better blacks, better contrast ratio, more natural image, and no fixed pixel problems (i.e. it can throw 720p, 1080i, 1080p, etc. without any pixelation or scaling). I know I'm in a small minority, but I'm sticking with my bulky CRT until the day it dies. (Then I'll probably buy another one.)

Can you reccommend me a good one?

CRT's will be in the "I heard of that" category soon. The # 1
diiference is viewing size. I have a 150" screen for home theatre in the
basement, 50" plasma in bedroom, 70" LED in family room. Of course
you watch LED, plasma daily. A projector is once a week or so usage,
but much larger picture (like your there LOL)

150" projector & screen - $2,500 or so

150" plasma - $ $ $
