Default 30 Days of Night extra features; BD vs. DVD

Tell you what winds me up, blu-ray version has a standard set of features (art gallery being most significant) whilst dvd version gets a special 48 page booklet...grrrrr

The audio alone is worth admission. What am I going to do with a booklet?

The only thing i wish that was on the bluray was the FearNet specials.
But nothing to worry over.

How constructive... To give a thread a title that seems to bash the movie, when the message (OP's) does not even bash the movie itself. You should know BDs have been shafted in special features since its beginning.

I really didn't like this movie at all, but I respect those that did. Everyone is entitled to his or her opinion, and everyone has different tastes.

Unfortunately, this one just didn't do it for me. Which is weird, because I really do like the vampire/horror genre. Oh well.

As soon as i watched this movie it went on the "for sale" pile. I don't see any attraction to it at all. The story just moves forward but nothing notable happens that made me care about anything. It started out good I give it that. It just plain sails through the rest of it.

Agreed, I had no emotional attachment to any of the characters, their plight, or what was going to happen to them. In fact, I was actually rooting for the vampires to kill every single one of them, and call it a day. Plus, that screeching noise that they made was extremely annoying, and seemed counterintuitive to me by telegraphing whatever particular location they were in. Not helping matters, was the acting performances themselves. Not even Ben Foster could save it for me.

Again though, different strokes for different folks. Movie aside, this was a phenomenal AQ/VQ presentation.
