Default New music: Korn

I heard this song on Octane a few days ago and it grabbed me immediately. I bought it on iTunes and have listened to it few times and will buy the album when it drops. That is considerable since I haven't liked their last two or three albums.

Check it out:

The album drops October 8th.
Any thoughts?

With the return of Brian "Head" Welch, Korn's new album actually has the potential to be decent. They've sucked ever since he left, IMO. I just wish they would get rid of the techno aspect to their recent sound. It just doesn't fit. Their last album was atrocious! My two cents.

I agree completely.
I tried hard to like the album III but couldn't. After their last one, I felt that their time had passed. I am hoping the return of Hed will rejuvenate them, but with David gone, I'm not not so sure.
Like you, I'm not crazy about the Techno.
I'll give them one more chance just because of this single.

The Path of Totality would have been an amazing album if it wasn't so damn 'modern'. There were a couple of well written songs as far the actual lyrics, imo.

Side note: A lot of people bash this band because of what other people say about them, but I've never really had a problem with them. I've liked most everything they put out. Evolution is my favorite song by them.

I really enjoyed the Path to Totality, but I am a fan of dubstep as well as metal

The new single sounds good, I'll probably get the CD when it's released.
