AVP 2-pack Blu-ray digital copy problem

I received mine today, but the insert with the code to verify the download for the digital download was missing. SUX. I called Fox Digital Download customer service. The lady said that they are working on doing something, took my name and number.

Wow ^^^ that was uncalled for.. He paid good money for a product he wants to use but Fox failed to deliver what is promised on the package. I think he has a right to complain...

I know I would if my AVP came without a code.

Was your movies individually wrapped? Was there no paper insert in the clamshell for AVPR?

no. it was the fact that he solved his own problem and it was fixed. it's not like we could have done anything. (also this was discussed in another thread)

No, the movies were not wrapped, just the outer box was shrink wrapped.

inside the avp reqiem package, the first avp doesnt have a digital download nor is it unrated, what a rip

Actually, the Extreme Unrated 2 Pack version of AVP has a branching feature between the PG-13 and Unrated versions. I did a double check in the car when I picked mine up and even went back in to BB to verify. AVP has the distiction of being the first Double Dip BD (aacording to Wiki), from FOX nonetheless
