I messed up, didn't check properly.

I got the "making of" from the BBFC's iphone app, which doesn't list components. Turns out the 49 minutes worth of "Making Of", is comprised of several featurettes, which had previously been listed by TommySyk. Sorry about that, should've checked before I posted.

Which makes about 66 minutes worth of bonus material (not including director's commentary on the main feature - about 2 hours 49 minutes if you do include the commentary)

This is definitely one of my favourite films this year along with Pacific Rim, cant wait to see them again

Was looking forward to watching this since I saw the first!!! I always hopped for a sequel! But missed the damn thing

as had a busy few weeks at the time of release (missed loads of other movies to). Will blind buy it, day one only a steel book is announced

if not, may wait for it to reduce. Certainly going to wait till Red 2 is much cheaper ( missed that as well)

If you loved the first one, you'll love this one. Though most of the time Hit.Girl isn't actually Hit-Girl, I think it worked really well. There are two specific HG fight sequences, one at the beginning and one at the end, that I really loved

There's also more comedy offered to you in this movie (Christopher Mintz-Plasse was absolutely hilarious as the MotherF'er!), and though it may not be as good as the first one, it is certainly a lot of fun and the most fun I had at the cinema in 2013!

There is a German Steelbook already available for pre-order. Release date for the german version is 30 December though

I suspect (and hope) that December release date is just an Amazon placeholder, and they will amend it, once the correct release date has been officially confirmed.

I really hope the UK gets a Steelbook release though, as it'll match the Steelbook for Part One!

Looks like, if the steelbook is cool, I'll double dip for the Steelbook and Slipcover (I'm assuming it'll have a Slip, at least most of the Universal releases have slips nowadays)
