Zavvi Steelbook Questions - Blu-ray Forum

Hi All. I was thinking of ordering from Zavvi for the first time and had a few questions.

The first is I went to add the Little Mermaid, F&F 6 & Iron Man 3 to my cart, when I did and was reviewing the infomation about this, they list the region as B. If they are B, they will not play in my player (PS3) here in the States correct? as I believe we are A.

Second, how are they on shipping? Are the products shipped with enough protection to prevent any dents or so?

I have the F&F 6, it is region free.
The shipping is good.

All those listed are Region Free. I would trust our Region listings here on br.com, since most do update them pretty good.

Shipping protection has gone downhill here recently from Zavvi. The box they use has gotten thinner and the piece of foam they put inside the box to wrap the steel is almost paper thin. I'm afraid it's not really protected all that well. I haven't gotten a badly damaged one since the change, but it's bound to happen.

Every release I have ordered that said Region "B" was region free.

They ship very securely. White box with steelbook enclosed in foam.

Takes it about 2 weeks to get to VA after dispatched.

They are fine unless you get a spine slash and need to return, yes Region B won't play on a US PS3.
