Looks like we're getting two standard versions (3D/BD/UV and BD/DVD/UV) as well as a JB exclusive Limited Collector's Edition 3D version with the 'S' shield.

I'm in for the JB exclusive. With the exchange rate the way it is ours will actually be cheaper than the same US version.

I'm waiting for this to be either under $20 or part of a 2 for etc deal its not one of my fave films this year

No, it's a metal embossed tin that comes with an acrylic display stand.

Eh, dosnt look all that great. It's like the CE sets with shirts, just an empty box. I bet its DVD size as well, my money is on the JB exclusive.

There is also the Sanity Exclusive Set which carries the coffee table book and OST. I ordered this.

I have received an update from Sanity. Unfortunately the "Journey of Discovery" as previously listed is in error. However, the Australian release is getting the Special features on a separate disc. So we might get a better encode on the 2D.

Disc 1 - 3D
Disc 2 - 2D
Disc 3 - Special Features
Disc 4 - Soundtrack

The only special feature on the 2D film disc of Man of Steel is the New Zealand: Home of Middle Earth featurette that was on the disc for The Hobbit.

I'm not even kidding.

Absolutely no idea. This is what we get instead of Journey of Discovery. Starting to wish I'd bought the US release.

That is on all the international releases too. At least it seems like the movie will have a better encode on the Australian releases.
