Nothing yet on Pacific Rim.

Although, I typically recall getting the shipping notification on Thu/Fri before release date. A lot of people get theirs early, but it never seems to happen with me.

I got preorder notifications for GI Joe and Star Trek Into Darkness but not for World War Z or Iron Man 3.

I got defiance notice tues, the heat today (but they shipped via ups which if like last week, means I won't get it until the day AFTER release) but nothing on Pacific Rim yet. Must be doing them in waves so hopefully Pacific Rim goes out tomorrow.

On a related note, they seem to be in general shipping them several days later than they were even a couple of months ago. I used to always get it before release day, sometimes Sat and sometimes Mon, but now I get on release day or even the day after.

I called and they gave me my Tracking info for both Pacific Rim and The heat. Like I said 3 posts up, call them. I don't get email notifications for every preorder so I just call the Thursday before.

ETA: also a heads up Pacific Rim is shipping UPS mail innovations and began shipping today. I had to call back because the lady gave me the wrong number, and is also inquired about why my preorder of The heat was shipping out a different method.

The Heat is shipping out UPS and Pacific Rim ups mail innovations because of studio preferences. You should get emails by tomorrow night at the latest the lady said. Luckily both of mine shipped out this morning already.

Received shipping notification for Pacific Rim and it's shipping via UPS Ground.

I have done more than a dozen of these and this is the first time I have ever received anything other than that UPS Mail Innovations nonsense.

the vudu customer service number is the one then i think hit #2

I just called on this they are backed up

emails will be sent out saturday for the remaining ones according to vudu

so i am not expecting it until next week well after the release date

Nothing for me yet on Pacific Rim either. I got Defiance today already, Heat was shipped via UPS and won't arrive until Tuesday and no info at all on Pacific Rim. Really particularly irritating considering I redeemed the code the day it came out in stores. Clearly they don't process orders by the date somebody makes the redemption. Must be alphabetical which would put me near the end...
