I loved the first season, are the other three available (preferably at a reasonable price) on Region 1 DVDs?

you mean Robin Hood 1950's TV series, Richard Greene. and The Adventures of Robin Hood 1938 i agree as well

Yep. Agree about the new one as well, I finally got around to watching a couple of episodes the other night and found it nearly unwatchable.
