Default Need help finding a player with dual audio outputs

I'm buying a player for video projection, and I have a max budget of $125. I need it to have the following features:

1. Analog audio output (red and white cables)
2. Digital audio output
3. Ability to manually select resolution (i.e., 720p, 1080i, 1080p)
4. A decent upscaler, as I'll be upscaling a good amount of 480i DVD content to 720p.

Any suggestions?

That's resolution not aspect ratio.

Oops. Fixed.

Do you have any input that relates to the actual question?
