iPhone 5 & iPad Mini question

Hi Everyone,
I am curious about something I am not sure it can be done but it really annoys me lol, I am a huge fan of Injustice Gods Among Us for both of these devices as well as my PS3, but I hate that I have all my very good strong cards\characters on my Mini, if you are logged into the WB account why wouldn't both systems share the same info? would love to have all my strong cards on my iPhone as well for when I am out lol, so I guess I am asking can this be done? can I have both systems with the same files?

Go to your iPhone Settings, go to iCloud Settings and enable 'Documents in the cloud'. Use the same Apple ID and iCloud account on both devices . Make sure to delete the app on your phone first so that your good cards on the Mini aren't replaced by the cards from your phone.
Delete app from phone, enable icloud documents in both devices, launch app in mini, then install & launch app on your phone. It should work.

OK so how do you force the iCloud button to show up on the main screen in Injustice Gods Among Us? sometimes it is there and now when I need it the button will not show up, it is on the iPhone but I can't restore from iCloud until I do a fresh backup from my iPad Mini, lol it is always there any other time but now when I want to test this out.
