It still makes no sense if the vudu preorder was not for the steelbook for the simple reason of putting the magnet on the cover.....

I bought the pre order magnet when they first came out in June and redeemed the code. I just called today to the 1-800 number on the card and they told me that I will be getting the steelbook. This is getting crazy

As you said we'll have to wait and see. Being WM and how they are it'll probably be the standard case. Just like how the always do their preorders. They lure us in with the magnets and then add the real SB on the site.

I've been doing the same w/ no luck so far the next time I am up there I am going to check and see if they have any of them on the rack. Though I would say my chances of getting the magnet are quite slim.

Was looking around on Ebay and found the Wal-Mart Exclusive pre-order Steelbook w/ the magnet and ordered it for $18.99

I am really disappointed right now...I bought the Wal-Mart Exclusive Steelbook on Ebay for $18.99 earlier this today thinking that I would receive the package deal...as it turns out I was wrong. The payment was simply for the code which the seller soon emailed to me shortly there after.
