Season 2 of Masters of Sex will premiere on July 13. It will air at 10:00 ET, following the season 2 premiere of Ray Donovan. A new show will be taking the post-Homeland spot Masters of Sex occupied last year, although it hasn't been announced yet what show that will be.

Loved the Season 2 premiere. I wish Bill and Virginia would put an end to this affair. Bill has been a total as*hole lately. I'd like Virginia and Ethan to be together but she isn't in love with him, which is too bad as he's a really nice guy.

Just curious. How much nudity is in this show and how graphic is it? The answer to that will determine if I should start watching it.

There is a ton of nudity in the show. The show is largely about a sex study so nudity is necessary to the plot.

It's not necessarily more graphic than GOT, however I do think sex occurs more frequently on this show.

Yeah, for the most part the nudity on Masters of Sex isn't as gratuitous as it is in Game of Thrones because the Masters of Sex nudity usually is pretty necessary to the plot, whereas GOT nudity often is often pointless. In addition Masters of Sex pretty much sticks to breasts and butt with their nudity, whereas GOT sometimes has full frontal.

Seems like Bill's new job at the new hospital is more demanding than the last one, 3rd ep it was the parent's wanting to sterilize their daughter for putting out and then the 4th dealing with the macho Dad getting rid of his son's ambiguous genitalia.

Just a few days before they're set for battle at the Emmys, Showtime dramas Ray Donovan and Masters of Sex have both been tapped for new seasons.

The network announced Wednesday that its summer block of Sunday sophomores will return in 2015 with 12-episodes each. Production on both will begin early next year.
