Default Oh noes... someone call Amir...

I would have thought they'd be doing better with Amir out of the picture. I guess I was wrong.

Maybe they didnt count on that last payment to Paramount/Dreamworks...

And In Other News

Amazing how one companies sales are through the roof by putting out a decent product, yet Microsoft wants to blame a slowdown. They would have met their profit if Vista was anywhere near ready for corporate rollouts. I work for a large firm. We are NOT rolling out vista. MS will miss an entire OS cycle. They have only themselves to blame.

And we'll just deliberately cut off XP and force people to have to go to Vista. Yay for consumer choice!

Honestly, how out of touch can one be? I wonder how far the MS stock will fall on the day Bill Gates officially departs from MS and people realize that Ballmer is there all by himself at the top?

Pretty scary.

They're going to give XP another reprieve guaranteed

Apparently Dell is confident they'll have it through 2010 at least

Ooo, missed opportunity. Steve could of dumped it all on the A-man.

The market is already prepared to see profits disappear because of HD DVD losses (Toshiba).

According to Balmer they will if people want it. But look at the where he says they have not said they do and that is a lie.

Ballmer is one scary guy... consumer choice my ass! Even after SP1 Vista still sucks, reminds me of Windows ME completely.

It wouldn't surprise me if Microsoft phases out Vista sooner than they projected. Corporate and consumer reception to it is awful and SP1 has solved very little. Microsoft is starting to look like the gang who couldn't shoot straight.
