Problem w/Days of Being Wild on Netflix? - Blu-ray Forum

I noticed that Days of Being Wild expires from Netflix streaming on November 1. I am really wanting to watch it but for some reason it is non-anamorphic and the image looks squeezed non-proportionally, making the subtitles look tall and narrow. I have tested other titles and they look fine.

The available stream is from the Kino release, but everything I read has it listed at 1:85:1.

Is anyone else seeing this problem?

Maybe they offer it in an incorrect ar, that can happen.

Maybe you can change the aspect ratio on your display and have two wrongs make a right.

Thanks for the response. I've played around with the aspect ration on my set, but I then lose some of the image on the sides.
