Well there's only been 1 Region-Free release from Funimation ever as far as I know of. But the TV series for Fairy Tail is apparently 1 of Funimation's Region B compatible series. So I would imagine the movie being 1 as well.

Is it better to buy the Volumes of Fairytale or simply just get the Collection Sets?

I'm wondering if they are going to continue the collection sets, why did they stop at 2? I need to save as much shelf space as I can.

The reason more aren't available yet is because the "Part" releases are the main line they are doing as it is produced. Those sets are more expensive and have fewer episodes per set. So these "Collection" sets are a re-packaged and less expensive option for those who don't mind waiting however long it takes for Funimation to repackage what they have done from the "Part" releases.

This is the same scenario as what Fuimation is doing wit the One Piece Collections and the Voyage sets. Given that I started late on One Piece, collecting the Collection sets seems like a great option, but for those who continually watched it from the get-go of Funimation's releases, those Voyage sets are obviously quite a bit further ahead.

Same thing with DBZ Kai. It's irritating when FUNimation does this, it's great for them because they get more money, but it's bad for us.

How are the One Piece sets, did the show get a better dub or is it the same annoying voices that were on TV years ago? Haven't watched it in a while, but I remember Luffy having a really irratiting voice.

The TV dub from many years ago is not the same one. Funimation is doing excellent dubbing work and is presenting the dub with no edits. The sets are also wonderful quality with pretty good PQ/AQ.

I love Funimation, but when they take forever to come out with these Collections, it makes me worry that they will just stop releasing them like they did the DBZ Level sets.

Honestly, I love Fairy Tail and I would buy the Parts as a pre-order no problem, but my main issue is the size; they're DVD-size! I keep my Blu-rays and DVDs separate, so I just want Blu-ray sized cases. The fact that it's cheaper than one part and has the same episodes as two is really nice and economical, but damn it takes some time for the next one to come out. I'm an EVS member, and check out the Blu-rays from work to catch up on the most current episodes dubbed (on 113 right now from Part 10), but I'm so impulsive and impatient that I feel the need to have that satisfaction of looking over to my right and see it sitting on my shelf.

Anyways, while on that topic of Episode 113...
[Show spoiler]I love how Fairy Tail does that "cut a conversation short, or mute audio, and a few episodes later show what was said for a big reveal. When most TV shows do that, it's annoying, but here it really does feel well done and adds an emotional heft to the plotline, where I just found out that Cana is REALLY trying hard to be an S-Class wizard to feel proud enough to tell Gildarts that she's his daughter. Dem feels, man! DEM FEELS!

I will most likely buy the collections to help save on room, plus it is too much of an expense to buy the Parts.
