Ultraviolet Question

Quick question guys:

I had to do a 2nd merger tonight as my links to VUDU/UV would not link because of the 2 streaming services bullshit. Right now I am at 6 users on UV. Des anyone know what happens if I delete user on UV and had some D2D movies done on that account. Do the movies disappear or stay in the locker?

I've deleted users from my UV account and the titles have stayed in the locker. I want to say I've deleted about 2 to 3 users with no problem. One note, the user log on will no longer be available and you can't reactivate it once the delet has been completed.

Excellent so if I have to merge accounts again I can do that w/o having the movies gone.

the movies stay with the main account holder, any submember can be deleted without a problem or without losing movies, just don't delete the main and you're fine....

Where can I find out who the real main account holder is as this is the 2nd merge i had to do.

that you should have kept track yourself, but usually it's the first one listed I think....let me test something real quick and get back to you, going to try logging in with a submember and see what happens, never have done this before other than for linking....

UPDATE: almost positive it's the first member listed, as I logged into with a submember, 2nd member was highlighted that said you and was yellow, I think the order that is shown is the order that the members were added.....

UPDATE 2: if it says you and yellow under full members in account info and you're listed number 1, you are in the main account holder's account

Right now, I have 4 users listed in UV but only 2 can access through vudu. You said you have 6 users. Can they all see all the movies in vudu? Or if they can't, can the main 2 accounts see the movies of the other 4? What's the best way to make this work?

Interesting that UltraViolet PR in checking out this site. I think my issue has to do with the two streaming services limitation. I've gone round and round with customer service at both vudu and uvvu. I got the impression that because both systems are new, customer service was better at solving typical problems. My problem did not seem typical so I eventually gave up. I may try again in 6 months when the service folks have more experience. Thanks for posting though.

Thanks got it sorted, but would really like more than the 2 limit with VUDU.
