Default Let Me In & Piranah 3DD - Redemption Issues

I've had two titles lately that have given me issues when trying to redeem:

Piranah 3DD - when first loading from the Starz redemption page and then trying to enter the code into iTunes, I get the following error "This offer is no longer valid.". Entering the code directly does not seem to work.

If anyone has any contact information for the Studio it would be appreciated.

Let Me In - XML file required but I can't get the page to load. I get the following error message, "We could not complete your iTunes Store request". As far as I can tell the XML I am using looks good but I could have a bad copy.

Working XML file or Studio contact information is appreciated.

I will update the PSAs that I maintain once I can confirm whether the codes are dead or not.

Thanks.
