Hey guys, I know we were talking about this release somewhere https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/The-B...Blu-ray/43186/, I just can't find where. I hate to start a new thread but I remember a few members here picked this up and some even purchased from D & T Mailorder as did I. This is being imported to the states so I didn't expect super fast delivery but does anyone know if these guys are generally slow about shipping or something. I only ask because I ordered from them over a month ago now and have yet to see it at my doorstep. When a month goes by I start to worry

Any feedback would be appreciated.

The shipping is usually fairly quick it's the processing time there that's a pain, Ordered about 7 or 8 times from them over the years all for 'in stock' items and they haven't gone into shipping till at least a week after ordering.

Thanks for the reply, that is actually good news really as to why it hasn't arrived yet. Maybe it will turn up this week.

Hey there,

You wouldn't happen to know where there contact information is located would you. I can't seem to find it on their site. Also I never received a confirmation e-mail from them either so I can't pull any info off of that. Do they usually not send confirmation e-mails? The only way I know I purchased this is the charge to my CC last month from them.

Sorry, you're having so much trouble RiFiFi1955, I received my copy from Diabolik DVD within two days and it was the cover advertised. They're sold out now unfortunately.

I thought this release had great PQ and AQ. The movie itself was decent but not great.

Ah so you did receive cover 'A'...good stuff, good stuff. 2 days...wow that is quick. Yeah these things happen, I will contact them and I am sure they will straighten things out. You know what is funny? You and I were discussing this last month but I have know clue where it was(in what forum) on this site. I thought there was already a Boogeyman forum but I can't locate that, I searched for a good while to find where it was we were talking about this and then after a while I just gave up and created this thread.

....D & T said the last time I e-mailed them that they sent it out Nov. 6th and in worst case scenarios it can take up to 8 weeks to for a parcel to arrive. Next week will be 8 weeks...it looks like I might have to contact them again.

I ordered Black Roses from D & T in early December and it arrived in just a little over two weeks. I live in Canada and I remember there was no option to put in a province when putting in my shipping address, there was only a field to put in my city. I made sure to send them my full shipping address with the province in the "Comments" section of my order. I don't know if this is only a problem for Canada. Was there an option to put in a state if you're in the US?

If they shipped Nov. 6, it doesn't seem right that you don't have it yet.

FYI, looks like Diabolikdvd.com has one in stock if it's not too late to cancel your order or get a refund.

I received a confirmation email when I placed my order and another when the item shipped.

Yeah I am in the US and I recall I was able to enter in my full address and state during checkout. Yeah I saw Diabolik has one back in stock. I am going to contact D & T on Monday and see if I can get refund cause like you said if it shipped Nov. 6th I would have seen it by now if I was going to get it. I just want to get my money back for this one before I order another one. Disappointing, I ordered from D & T because someone on here said they are reliable and pack up your items real well so they don't get damaged during shipping...so I don't know what happened here.

They can you provided with the tracking number at least. I suppose that the order was sent by Austrian post. At this site

you may see that the order was exported and at your national post office you may track further status of your order.

I got the shipment number from D & T and I entered here and this is what I got.

To me it looks like it is still held up in Austria. "Item is being processed" - That is how looks right?

@djvaso...I see yours says "EXPORT", mine does not. D & T told me in an e-mail they sent that it had left Austria but according to this it doesn't appear so.
