So bad yet so entertaining.

I remember the CGI being a bit cartoonish.

I find the Rotten Tomatoes consensus statement hilarious: "Torque is stylish fun for the MTV crowd." LOL, that's exactly what it was back in 2004.

I was a senior in high school when this came out

Pick up for me as well. I never fell guilty for liking any movie. And loved Fredro Starr in this.

"I just mean, it looks like Clapton is about to ask out Ione, which makes about as much sense as that stupid movie Torque."

Oh wow. This is one hilariously bad film. The culmination of bad is either Ice Cube jumping onto the train or the two chicks having a knife fight without leaving their bikes in front of the GIANT Mountain Dew / Pepsi billboards.

There's a Slashfilm podcast somewhere with Joseph Kahn where he explains how he turned the movie down three times because he didn't know anything about motorcycles, then finally caved, with the mission of making a movie that basically mocked motorcycle racing. Watched with that in mind, the movie is amazing.

Ha ha. That's fantastic, I never heard that. Looking at some of the promotional materials for this epic, that's fairly believable.

The film is practically the Airplane! of bike movies.

Too bad WB didn't announce Biker Boyz on blu, at the same time as Torque. I'd be down for both. A cheesy delicious double feature!

Wanna play a great drinking game? Take a drink anytime they use a shot that is looking at a character through a reflection - on mirrors, windows, knives, tire rims....

you'll be drunk before the movie is halfway through.
