I know the 80g and the 60g do. I don't know about the 40 or the 20.

The 20GB PS3 also plays SACDs.

The 40GB unit is the only one which does not.

the 80 GB Cadillac of PS3's that will contain all previous bells and whistles (including wi-fi, memory slots, and PS1&2 backward compatibility - slated for June release, will also play SACD
