Nice! This is the first I'm hearing about the Kickstarter movement. Really wish I could of been the extra in the movie... hell, if I had the $20,000 I'd donate it just to meet Kristen Bell!

Does anyone know how much of the original cast will be coming back? Really hoping to see Mac - Tina Majorino - easily my favorite character apart from Veronica Mars and her dad.

From what I've read, they are going to try to get as many of the cast members back as possible. Veronica, Logan, Dick, and Keith will all definitely be in the film. Wallace, Mac, Weevil, and Piz (ugh) are cast members they also hope to include.

Oh, and about mid-way through day two, it's about to hit $2.8 million.

They have added new prizes, including being an extra in the film and lunch with the cast.

They will go fast. This has hit 3 Million now.

Rob tweeted that the Today Show was there filming him as it hit 3 Million. This is definitely going to make entertainment news, which will bring more attention to this campaign and the show.

I still haven't seen the entire series. I started with season 1 some time ago, but I only got to episode 12. Damn lack of time! But since everybody seems to be talking about VM all day long, I wanna continue with the series. Hopefully I'll find the time soon.

Not me and I'll have to say it, season 3 was a step or two down from the first 2 seasons or I'd be more excited for this movie.

I still thought it was great. I've heard others say they've enjoyed it more re-watching it now. Maybe you should give it another try.

I've seen every single season multiple times, it's still one of my favourite shows of all-time but the length of it (3 seasons) and the lack of a real ending both hurt. Hoping the movie will make the abrupt ending have a little less bite.

Looks kinda like the webisodes of Smallville, the book and the movie excite me a lot more.
