The initial listing has Next blu-ray coming out within a month when Paramount announced the movies. Where are the pre-orders for this? I know Amazon didn't have it as of a couple days ago. Am I missing something on what is going on there?

look for the pre-orders to pop up this week for the release on the 20th.
