First off, it's not out yet. But Anime Ltd's past releases have all been Region B, so expect it to be so.

Thank you. It's bad news for me. It look like it is only one version with a slipcover and plus the price is not too high.

Get a region free player. Problem solved.

I went ahead and got the US release when I found it cheap. Besides the plain packaging, it has the same extras as the UK version.

Unfortunately, there is no region free player in my country. I need to import one and the shipping + import duty charge is like double of its product.
I used to plan to buy a region free player but I saw the price is $30 - 50 more expensive. Now I plan to buy a B locked player for my second BDP.

I don't know what country you live in, but I'm sure there must be hackable cheap players around. Search, ask, and you may find.

It seems "Garden Of Words" is also out in Hong Kong, Korea, etc in region-A territories, but those don't have English options.

So the American region A release is not an option?

Derailing a bit, but yes, I still use the Insignia, but as a secondary player, since it's become problematic with recent Fox blu-rays becoming unplayable on it. I have the Insignia player at my workplace and a newer region free player at home.

So going back to "Garden Of Words", the OP wanted the UK version because of the nicer packaging compared to the US release. The US release comes in a plain blu-ray eco case with no inner artwork. Quite boring.
