Rocky III vs. Rocky IV...which is the better film?

Hands down, Rocky III, followed by Rocky II, the Rocky, the Rocky IV. All were very good.

The Rocky series went down the sink drain from Rocky V onward.

ROCKY III was the best sequel (up until ROCKY BALBOA)

ROCKY IV was pretty crappy really... surprised it's doing well in the poll....

Rocky IV, it's really the only Rocky movie to watch. I'd say part 3 is second best, however I've never seen the last 2 movies.
