Apologies if this is already mentioned somewhere in the forum
![]() The blu-ray forum app is brilliant for cataloging all my blu-ray titles but I have so many DVD titles that are not on the database. It would take me hours and hours to put them all into the database. Is there a decent phone app similar to the blu-ray forums one that anyone recommends. I've found the "movie catalog" app on android which is okay but is very limited and doesn't show how many i have. |

I've used DVDProfiler for years, free with limitations on PC. I've never felt the need to buy the PC version, despite a lot of features being locked out.
The Android app is £4.57, and allows sync with database on your PC. A while back I looked at all the android options available and decided I didn't want to add yet another DVD/blu-ray list software. So I just gradually added my DVD collection to the blu-ray.com database. If you don't have the patience for that, I'm sure the US DVD database is more fleshed out. . Sorry for being a little off topic - it scares me to think how my once 3500+ DVD collection now only takes up 4 shelves of an Ikea Billy bookcase! (approx 100 titles)
Mostly sold to fund my ever growing BD collection ![]() Might add the remainder of my DVD collection to the DVD database though they mostly consist of TV Boxsets such as The Incredible Hulk, Cheers & The Rockford Files etc.. |

I've just made the switch from mymovies (app and PC software) to DVD Profiler. I like to give friends a PDF report of my catalogue and mymovies is too limited in the reporting options. With DVD Profiler, uploading the UPC codes (from my blu-ray.com collections) was a piece of cake (except for about 15 titles that had UPC errors in my text file or weren't in their system). And it is so much easier to keep track of who had borrowed what titles.
