That's one beautiful steel! I don't usually fold on them. Only Blu-ray steel I have, in addition to my DVD ones, is TDK Returns Deluxe Edition (also Target exclusive). This will be my next one.

Haven't seen this yet so I'll most likely blind buy it but I'm having a real hard time picturing Emile Hirsch as a SEAL. How is the movie as far as technical accuracy?

One of the most accurate war films I have seen.

Yes, but you'll be lucky if you receive the correct item. People who ordered Justice League War on SteelBook ended up receiving a regular copy in the mail. It's best to buy it in-store.

This has to be one of the most accurate and realistic military movies to have been released lately. The performances by the entire cast were superb.

I was one of the lucky few to get screwed by Target on the JLW steelbook. For this, I'm going to take a day off to be at my primary store when it opens.

Peter Berg took great pains to get it right because he said Marcus Luttrell "would kill me if I got it wrong."

Still not sure about this one.

I don't know if I can trust Peter Berg again after the atrocity of Battleship.
I also feel like the title alone spoils a good portion of the movie.

I do love steelbooks though so I may consider a blind buy.

Peter Berg Directed "Battleship" For Universal with an agreement that they would Distribute "Lone Survivor". Knowing this fact going into "Lone Survivor" allowed me to give it a chance, and I ended up loving the film.

Here's an article about it:

Lone Survivor and Battleship could not be more different.

It's a safe blind buy.

Battleship was awesome. It is the type of movie were you shouldn't expect to much from it. If you just have fun with it then it was enjoyable. I mean how can you not like older Vets getting back into the action?
And agree this movie is completely different.

Exactly. I enjoyed Battleship very much so. Just don't take it too seriously and have fun.
