Hi I just brought a new laptop and it came with a Blu-ray drive, I'm just wondering if it is region free? it's a MATSHITA BD-CMB UJ162, ASUSDVD is the blu-ray playable software and it lets u change the region coding 5 times, is there anyway to get around this? thanks.... sorry if this is the wrong thread

No. It's not region free. You can change regions but are limited to the number of changes. As for options to change regions you'll need to research around the internet. Software which disables encryption is not allowed to be discussed on the forums.
