Any word on Advent Children on Blu? - Blu-ray Forum

This movie had some incredible CG and nice fight scenes, would benefit greatly from the Blu treatment. Have Sony made any announcements for this movie on Blu Ray yet?

Watched this film for the first time just a couple of weeks ago. Brought back good memories of playing Final Fantasy VII on the original Playstation back in the day

Would like to see this on Blu as it should look spectacular.

Also if they do decide to remake Final Fantasy VII for the PS3 this it what it could look like

Its being worked on from what I remember reading.

Apparently the Blu Ray version will have extra scenes as well as some improved CG

I read it will be out this summer on blu but in UK.

Wouldn't it make sense for them to put this out at the same time as the long delayed PS3 Final Fantasy game.

you mean XIII and Versus XIII? because they may not make a remake of FFVII on the PS3 but it would be nice because i never played it on the original Playstation i would like to because I have Dirge of Cerberus and Crisis Core

It looks pretty good upconverted, but hell yes it would make a great bluray disc!
