Watchmen isn't full of contrivances, plots holes and 2 hours of exposition all while Hans Zimmer's "score" that sounds like he fell asleep face first onto his keyboard blares making your ears bleed.

Don't get me wrong. TDK is an excellent crime boss film highlighted by the performance of Aaron Eckhart but there are a lot more warts than most people admit. It has not aged well and unlike most I consider it to be the closest thing to a weak link as you can get in the TDK trilogy.

I didn't like either in the theater, but I would rather re-watch the Watchmen. I'm a bigger fan of the Michael Keaton Batman though, so my opinion of the Dark Knight series is biased from the get-go.
